Lessons, Classes, Make-ups

Any lesson or class scheduled through PLAY Academy follows a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any lessons or classes canceled within 24-hours of the scheduled lesson or class will result in a full charge unless otherwise agreed upon by the client and PLAY Academy.

If you enroll in a multi-week session, please understand that PLAY honors make-up classes for weather and illness only. We cannot honor any other reasons as they are out of the control of PLAY Academy. Thank you for understanding.

Loss Prevention

PLAY Academy will grant a full refund until a week before the scheduled camp. Cancellation within a week will result in full payment.

Promotions and discounts are for the present and future business only. Any attempt to violate these rules will result in the immediate loss for any present or future use of said promotions and discounts.
